Not much going on

Well not much has been happening with the pooches, which is a good thing.

The squirrels have been more active of late, getting ready for winter and burying nuts. This increased activity just drives Boogalu crazy, so he barks at them. A Lot. So much so, a neighbor asked us to keep Boogalu in while we are gone. We had been leaving the doggie door open for them. But that has to end because of Boogalu's volume and the fact he doesn't stop. I think we're going to look into a sonic bark-control device. We don't want to do a shock collar because his foster mom said he had one that was left on all the time before he was rescued. We're still researching our options.

Boogalu is snuggling up to Jim in the first picture. He can be a real snuggle bug and he is absolutely attached to Jim.

In the second picture Pearl has taken over the new doggie bed I picked up at Target. It's been a fun show to see who gets the new bed. Pearlie will take it over just long enough to make Boogalu want it, and then get out. Then she gets up on a chair. They are so much fun!
